Atlantik-Überfahrt mit der MS Norröna

 The MS Norröna sails in 2 1/2 days from Hirtshals (Denmark) via the Faroe Islands to the East Icelandic port city of Seydisfjördur. Unfortunately the first crossing was accompanied by bad weather at times, which didn't really make the trip a pleasure for us as a mainlander. In addition, the arrival was delayed due to the stormy sea - the ship could not enter the fjord in such a strong wind. When we finally arrived, the only (pass) road into the interior of the country was closed. After they opened, we were finally able to reach our hotel after an adventurous first stage. The adventure is about to start properly :-) |
